Job Description:

·         24/7 support for steady state operations and project support.

·         Day-Day systems Administration of Servers, Window OS, IIS Web servers

·         On-going disk space management, patch management, performance tuning and capacity management.

·         Automation of standard tasks related to System, Backup, Storage and VMWARE management.

·         Develop and implement Data backup and recovery strategy based on recovery target objective and recovery point objective.

·         Engaging with stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements and produce high-level infrastructure designs including cost and timeline estimates.

·         Recommending and driving efficiencies in process and technology improvements.

Qualification:

·         10 to 15 years of work experience in managing SaaS Infrastructure or IT Infrastructure services.

·         8-10 years of Experience  supporting Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2008 R2 installation and administration, Active Directory administration, Patch updates, IIS Web server, MS SQL 2005 DB

·         5 years supporting production virtualization systems running VMWare ESX 3.5 or newer

·         3-4 years of NETAPP Storage administration and familiarity with snapmirror and snapshot technologies

·         Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, IIS, MS SQL Server, Microsoft clustering, and bare metal backup/recovery.

·         Administration and managing Application stack runs on windows /IIS Webservers.

·         Experience implementing and managing the monitoring tools like New Relic, Big brother, Splunk, Nagios

·         Experience working with and managing a high availability production environment

·         Strong understanding of hardware, security, storage area network, and systems capacity planning

·         Administration and managing Application stack runs on windows /IIS Webservers.

·         Experience with Dell server HW 710/610/2950 and 1950 a plus

·         Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical decision making skills.

·         Ability to present data in a clear and concise format

·         Excellent communications skills with the ability to articulate business requirements into technology solutions and ability to influence.

Other Requirements:

·         This is a 24/7 operations role, individuals will be required to carry their cell phone and go on-call on a rotation basis. There could also be project work involved to build the next generation cloud
